Everything but the bagel seasoning
First mix the chickpeas, peas, corn, and onions in a bowl and throw in the seasoning! Avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. You can also add whatever seasonings you like! Once you finish prep your rice by rinsing it until the water is clear, then pour in your rice cooker, you can also cook the rice on the stove or you can use microwavable rice. Once your rice is finished cooking, serve rice and bean salad. Then drizzle your spicy mayo on top of the rice and top with everything but the bagel seasoning. If you choose to serve with boiled eggs, slice eggs in half and place on top of rice with spicy mayo and everything but the bagel seasoning.
